Safespot the doorway with ranged or melee. Protect from Magic throughout. Kill Zilyana first, then bodyguards.

Use Protect from Magic. Attack Zilyana and switch prayers based on her attacks.

Safespot at entrance. Rigour + high-tier ranged gear. Very fast kills possible.
